Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
This is a nationally recognised teaching qualification which is awarded through OFQUAL regulated awarding body ProQual.
This qualification is designed to qualify you as an IQA and once qualified, you will be able to apply the principles and practices of Internal Verification. The Level 4 IQA Award is suitable for learners working towards or already in an internal quality assurance role. The Level 4 IQA Award replaced the V1 and V2 qualifications.

How is the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice assessed?
The Centre uses the e-portfolio system Quals Direct that will manage all of the evidences and assessments.
The candidate must be working in the role of an Internal Verifier with a company in order to meet the assessment criteria and have a minimum of 2 learners that you can assess. You will need a qualified IQA to countersign your work and the decisions made.
The candidate will complete 3 mandatory units.
The qualification is assessed through a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates the learner has met the required assessment criteria.

The total cost for this qualification including registration and certification is £800.00.
How long does the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice assessed last for?
Once you have gained this qualification, you will not have to do the same one again.
